Rachel and maybe Deke sometimes...

Rachel, say who intimidates you!

edit to Suzanne: I know Deke's a great guy :D

Not in the sense that I'm afraid of them physically, but there are quite a few that I know I have to keep blocked, otherwise they'll do everything in their power to get my account deleted. I guess you can say that there are some that TRY to intimidate me, but none that actually succeed.

Edit: Suzanne, I don't get a report telling me who reported me, I just get the violation notices. Although I respect your right to your opinion you sometimes come across a little hostile. You may not be the one reporting me, but I was in no position to make that determination.

Besides, my outlook leads me to take steps to prevent problems before they get out of hand, and you haven't exactly been the friendliest person I've run across. I'll unblock you, but please, when answering my questions try to tone down the venomous attitude, just a bit. I understand that you disagree, but you can say so nicely, without insults. I'm not saying that you are always insulting, but I am saying that you do have a tendency to be more hostile than nice to me.

Shall we call a truce between us?

Nope! Not one who's easily intimidated.

I've been told I'm unapproachable in real life though, so maybe such traits are something I find I have in common with those who intimidate.

I'm a pretty hard girl to intimidate, but as soon as I read this question two people popped into my head. And it's not intimidation in a bad way...I have a huge degree of respect for both of them.

And I'm not going to say who, just to drive you all crazy.

"Intimidate" as in "make me feel like an idiot?" No.

"Intimidate" as in "from my experience, this person is so nasty that I want nothing to do with him/her?" Sure. But if I name anyone, s/he has won the battle.

EDIT: Confirmed Atheist, you've blocked me but I'd NEVER report any of your questions/answers. So you may want to re-evaluate your stance.

Charming Tigger, Deke is actually a great guy. Not unapproachable at all. In fact, he may encourage approaches a little TOO much ... (LOL)

SECOND EDIT: Confirmed Atheist, that's the pot calling the kettle black, but a truce is fine.

I am only intimidated by those I have great respect for. I can think of maybe two on this site that I find to be very knowleadgable in the area that most interest me.

Edit: whooa! is that Mav down there?

No, I'm not easily intimidated anymore...
I have, however, noticed that many religion and spirituality regulars are terribly biased and misinformed about some things and other religions.

Good luck

Yes but not in a bad way. There are some people here who know more than me and that's intimidating.

Rachel: Please, will you tell us?

EDIT: My avatar Lola wants to let you know that she's intimidated by all avatars that eat bunnies.

Some of the people who can explain very advanced scientific concepts so well that I don't understand it. Ha--I prefer a simple and beautiful explanation, but then I'm a right brained person.

oh oh pick me, pick me, *bounce*

Seriously? No, not really. There was this one stalker guy a while back who was trying to get females to give him their phone number and address, that was a little scary, but not intimidating.

EDIT - *cackle* Come here Grimmy, I've got a cookie for ya.
