My dogs LOVE......... apples, bananas, peas, carrots, green beans, and msuhrooms.

The only things you really need to steer clear of are....... onion, garlic, grapes, raisins, and anything to acidic like lemons.

Here are some things that are safe to give to dogs (there are many more "safe" things as well, my advice is to do a little bit of research before feeding something you don't know is safe or not):
- carrots
- green beans
- peas (I prefer to give them still in the pod)
- lettuce
- strawberries
- blueberries
- apples (fruit only; the seeds, stem, and leaves contain toxins)
- kiwi
- blackberries & raspberries
- bananas

(Remember, everything in moderation. Too much of something a dog isn't used to eating can cause digestive upset, such as vomiting and/or diarrhea. Treats/snacks/extras should make up no more than 10% of your dog's diet.)

My dachshunds love apples & pears (no cores as the seeds are poisonous) bananas, peaches (no pits), mangos, baby carrots, green beans, squash.
Green beans (no salt added) are excellent for weight loss/control as is plain canned pumpkin.
Grapes (and by extension, raisins) are toxic, as are onions and chocolate.
Broccoli while not toxic to dogs, may produce noxious gas which is toxic to humans...heheh.
Here is a website that lists known toxic foods for dogs; if it's not on here then odds are it is safe.

No corn thats a filler and alot of thing like corn syrup are bad for dogs. a good healthy diet would be raw meat they don't really need fruits and veggies but some of the can hurt them.

My dog likes sugar snap peas as an occasional treat. She also likes baby carrots, green beans, apples, bananas, pretty much anything non-citrusy. Though she wasn't too sure about the pomegranate, now that I think about it...

There are several. For a complete list, look up a dietary site for dogs for the good stuff along with the bad.

Most are OK, especially the brightly colored ones.

My dogs get chunks of raw carrots, broccoli or green beans for treats (raw is best).

Should pretty much be all of them. Despite the shape of their teeth, dogs are omnivores just like humans.

My dog was put on green beans for weight control by the vet. Call your local vet and ask. Don't fool around with us. We are not proffessionals. Good luck.
