Does anyone have any good ideas on how to organize my weight loss? like a chart or a log or a notebook or something.
I work better when things are organized.

I keep a notebook and track my calories, weight and exercise.
Calories by protein and carbs
Exercise by weight, duration, intentity/level and frequency
Weight by the pounds

I also use My-Calorie-Counter.com and you can track all of these online if you wish.

there are websites that will help you track or you can buy special books to record everything. I just write things down in a blank book.
