That's just part of the proof that God doesn't exist.

Jesus doesn't "give" people cancer. God gave humanity the chance to remain innocent of sin and they failed. Have no illusions - you would have done the same thing. We all would have. Adam and Eve became sinners that day. And since things reproduce after their kind, the only children they could have would be sinners just like good old mom and dad. Guess what? We all are sinners too and we have children who are sinners. We can't escape it. Death and disease are a natural consequence of sin. Yes, even when innocent little babies die or have diseases. It is heartbreaking but we can't change it. It isn't God's fault, though, it is our own fault.

I can't speak for God, nor can anyone else here. So this is kind of an unanswerable question. But I can give my opinion based on my personal Christian beliefs. Different people will have different views. The truth is, nobody knows why anything happens. If you only believe in evolution and are atheist, there IS no reason for anything.
As for your question, I think it is so others can learn that life is sacred and that we do not live forever, nor carefree. There are trials and tribulations in this world. Innocent people die. But if you believe in God, know that they will have a place in heaven that is much better than their life on earth.
Also, I am a science minded Christian who believes that God created the initial context for evolution (I see creation as figuratively). So, in other words, I believe in genetic mutations and halplotypes that predispose to cancer. These can run in families or occur spontaneously. This is nature, and *in my opinon* not the work of God. There will be suffering and challeges in life. God hopes you will turn to him.
Another viewpoint is that God never intended this world to be perfect, and if you believe in God, you must believe in evil, sin of mankind, and the devil as well.
Additionally, cancer in children is likely caused or promoted in some cases by pollutants, chemicals in food, hormones in food, and raditation. Largely man-made issues.
You could really blame ANY "religion/God" for this, so I am confused why you are picking on Jesus.
The fact is, your question does not have a true answer, because there is not the proper knowledge to answer it.
For the record, I *personally* do not relate disease to religion or God at all. I see it purely in terms of genetics and/or environment.
P.S. Actaully, you are misinformed. Babies and children ARE cured of cancer. It is NOT always incurable. I like to think that beating cancer is due to treatment, but many insist prayer is what helped them beat the odds. So your point is mute because people (including infants) ARE cured of cancer. Do you blame or give God credit for that too? CANCER IN REMISSION FOR 5 YEARS IS CONSIDERED "CURED" BY THE MEDICAL PROFESSION.

P.P.S. According to the Bible, don't forget that God can punish the MOTHER or father by causing the baby to die. I believe this has happened in the Bible. If the mother is having sex outside of marriage, there you go. So you would have no one to blame but yourself. If the baby is in heaven, it is YOU who is left to suffer and hopefully repent your sins. Would work well, wouldn't it? It's disgusting at the number of women who have STI's while pregnant. In fact, HPV actually is linked to certain cancers. I'm not saying this is the case for every poor couple who loses a child to cancer, just that the parents sin *may* be to blame, either directly or indirectly. Isn't anyone a virgin until marriage anymore?! Gross.

Why do you put the blame on Jesus?
Its mans doing not jesus.
Its man who pollutes the air.
Its man who makes things that are hamful to mankind.
Its man who has broughtit upon themself.
So what makes you think Jesus did all this?
And where is you proof.
Can you honestly say its all jesus's fault. Show beyond reasonable doubt, that what you say is true.

If you think God does not grieve to see his children suffer, you are most mistaken. But I would ask you to consider this. A very close friend of mine, daughter was diagnosed at a very young age with cancer, they spent the better part of the next 9 months at ST. Jude's in Memphis. Through it all, their faith grew, their families faith grew, and the faith of the little girl grew. Today she is a witness to the love of her God, The one who she will tell you loves her more than anyone else ever could.

Jesus has never given anybody a disease. Neither has God. They also do not direct hurricanes, wildfires, tornadoes or earthquakes. Where did you get your information? Insurance companies like to call these things acts of God so they won't have to pay claims.

He doesn't. No such thing as Jesus or god.
But, I do get a kick out of how it is God that works miracles, but when children are sick "it is just nature."
I love it - A'La Carte religion! So convenient.

You might be surprised to learn that each being carnates into the flesh with a plan.
A plan to live and a plan to die; there are no victims.
Beings carnate and reincarnate to experience the physical life; some enter into the womb to experience this womb life and elect to self abort, a stillbirth. Again, no accidents and no victims. Death in the physical sense is simple transition in the spiritual reality; we choose our own death and time to teach lessons to the physicaly living to to fullfill plans we agreed to prior to the physical birth.

Babies are evil creatures... parasites really. Perhaps man is making more babies than he is able to "take care of".

Where did you read this in the bible where God gave babies cancer? I have never read that before.
God loves all His creation and He does not give babies diseases!
