Sword and pen are not comparable as they serve entirely different purposes. Sword destroys, pen creates. If you confuse one with the other: chaos.

It depends on what it is you're doing. If you're wanting to carve a Thanksgiving turkey, a sword isn't ideal, but certainly better than a pen. If you want to write a poem on the bathroom wall, a pen is certainly the preferred instrument; even if the pen is empty, scratching into the paint is easier with a pen than a large and unwieldy sword. .

The pen is mightier than the sword as the pen can write propaganda and convince masses of people of a particular idea.
The sword is better with "individual persuasion".

Well it's quicker without a doubt and usually permanent but I still; l think the pen is mightier and certainly more personal
