I would say its fairly accurate with one huge caveat-how a woman may define a "top apple" and how a man defines "top apple" are very different things. Maybe the man is just basing it solely on looks alone. Maybe the women thinks she is a "top" apple when in reality she is a bottom or middle apple and her personality is so abrasive (thinking shes some top apple) that no decent man would bother with her. Too many women think they are the "top apples" when they are NOT.

What's the fun with an easy girl? I like a little challenge because I don't want a girl that will just give it up whenever I want. That would get pretty boring after time.
