cops are such pigs... they are giving away tickets here and there because they need to give certain amount of ticket each months to "move up the ladder". They tell us to obey the laws when they do not. they have special "pass" where they can get out of situations, such as speeding, wreckless driving, etc. I guess not all cops are pigs but 99.9% are.
one recent incident, cop stopped me because I had a "black car". cop thought that I was dealing drugs because I went round the block several times, but i was lost. cops made me get out of vehicle, arrested me for no reason, pushed me into his car, and 2 K9's entered my car, wrecked it, chewed my belt and sh*t inside my car. After finding no drugs, cops didnt even apologize; didnt even clean up the sh*t; i demanded apology and they told me to "go home." so I was mad, I grabbed the sh*t and threw it on the cop's car, and they arrested me. When court day came, cop didnt even show up, and i was released. now I am suing the city and nypd!!!

Please don't waste our time with your lies. I only hope someday you get to witness the good that cops do everyday such as pulling someone from a burning car or building and have to eat your words.

Most cops are honest, hard working and try to do a good job. As in any segment of society, there will be a few bad apples. The same can be said for the rest of us. Some of us just have a lousy attitude. They are usually the ones that label 99.9% of cops as "pigs".

I can't believe some of the negative (thumb down) votes here that do not deserve it.
There are NO quotas on tickets. Never known of an agency that required this.
Special "pass". Right, tell that to the officer fired for accepting gratuities.
If you think they are really that bad, why not do something about it. Create a law requiring minimal standards. Require testing. Require physical fitness standards. Require psychological testing. Require ethics training. Require interpersonal communications standards.
Stop the whining and do something. Make change, don't complain and sue. Make change.

First of all you should have kept your cool, sure it's makes you angry when cops step out of line but when you're outside in the street is not the time or place to vent your anger. Later on you can file a lawsuit.
As to other things you said, I know what you mean. My sister got a ticket and her husband (a former sheriff) called the other city police where she got the ticket and had it "fixed" (I think it was torn up). Seems they do this all the time for their girlfriends etc.
I can only guess what happens when they get pulled over. The other day a guy showed me his badge, he's retired but of course he still carries it with him.

I agree there are "bad cops", but could you imagine what BS they have to deal with on a day to day basis?? The stuff they see? Like dead children and beaten women on a day to day basis???
Had you politely said, "I am lost sir", "sure, you can search my car" in a Mature manner, because I'd bet you lost your temper, just by how you wrote, you probably would have gotten an apology.....As for the dogs crapping in your car, I don't believe that for a second!! Those dogs are trained extensively!!!!
You sound like your just letting off steam, and should have kept your mouth shut.....
I have been pulled over a few times, and if you act respectful, they don't turn into the pigs you describe.....sorry....
They don't get paid enough to put up with the crap they do every day, and I would be hardened myself if I had to put up with smart mouth punks, murders, rapists, drunks who kill people, meth heads, gang bangers and wanna be's, myself!!!

why do you people go to such lengths to make up a dumb story like this. no police dog crapped in your car. you were not stopped for just having a black car.no dogs chewed up anything in your car.try growing up and working harder on telling the truth. quit being so immature and writing these made up stories.

What a bunch of BS!!! You should sue the city....that is crap! I hate cops also....they are such HYPOCRITS!!!
They are never around when you need them and from my experience always give the good people a hard time when down the street they could actually be doing there job and bust the REAL criminals.....

As a former LEO I had 2 favorite answers for people like you that complain about ticket quota's..(That don't exist anyway)
Sorry Sir/Madam but we don't have a quota.We can write as many tickets as we want to.....
OR
No Sir/Madam We don't have a quota but if I write one more ticket I get a Toaster Oven......
FYI. Just for the record, I think your whole story lacks a certain amount of "truth" shall we say........
