1500 is a good amount of calorie intake if you are still trying to loose weight... if you are on a *DIET* then you should be careful about ~going off of it~ because you will see a brownie, chips, fries etc. and think "Well, I'm not on a diet any more so why not?" But if you can eat pretty much the same way for a long time, it is not exactly a diet but a healthier eating style ( which is what I have done to keep off the extra weight that I used to have)
You should also set a weight goal range for yourself now because you seem o be almost at a perfect weight.... don´t let yourself go under or over the range you choose ( once you get into it)
You should try to drink 2-3 liters of water and unsweet tea every day and do lots of cardio exercises ( like jumping jacks and jump-rope) plus crunches
never go to bed right after eating... do some jumping jacks or run up and down a flight of steps a couple times before going to sleep if you eat supper late. ( and if you ever decide to skip a meal for dieting purposes, skip supper NOT breakfast)
It is important to find an eating style that you can be comfortable with and keep up.

Here's the math:
15 x your current weight. This number is the total amount of calories needed to maintain your current weight.
Reduce you're diet by 500 calories a day (mostly by carb reduction in your diet, not removal) and you will lose 1-2 pounds a week.
Please do not starve yourself.

you lose weight by losing more calories than u take in each day....The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don't worry! ~Adia

Who has time to count calories?? Eat three small meals a day and continue exercising. If you're still hungry add salad and fresh fruits. You want to watch what you're taking in. Ban fast food and tried to eat out as less as possible. It's easier to control what you are eating and how it's cook than if you eat out. make it so hansen Mdoud!!
