How to cut an image and paste it into another photo?

I'm wondering how I can cut an image from one photo, and paste it into another photo using Jasc Animation shop?

Any software that allows you to select a freeform shape, for copying can do this.

In the file you want to draw your image from, select the portion you want to move. Edit > Copy. Then, open the file you want to bring that image into. Edit > Paste. This should put your selected image into that second, background image.

Before doing anything else, this is the point where you should be able to resize it and move it into place.

For the best match, however, you should try to match up resolutions and image sizes, BEFORE you cut out, copy and paste. This would also be the best time to make any color and contrast adjustments.
