I find them to big, how can i lose the muscle?

just like you can't spot reduce fat the same applies for muscle. to lose a significant amount of muscle mass in your calves it would come at the expense of losing muscle mass all over your body. causing an increase in your body fat % and a decrease in your resting metabolic rate, making it much easier for you to gain weight.

If you find out let me know!!! My calves are solid muscle (even being over weight they are still muscular without even flexing!) and they are even too big for zip up boots that come up higher than the ankle!

dont even think about it... skinny legs with no muscle tone are not attractive. wear heals and show them off.
