Got together like we've just started dating. He's really nice and funny. We live both in the same town, go to same schools..and yet we really only talk online. We have an after school program, but we don't really talk. I ask him online why he didn't talk to me..then he replies because you didn't talk to me. We like each other, and on a bus ride we flirted the whole time.
So I guess what i'm asking is how can I hint to him to be more...boyfriend-ish, social I suppose..

A lot of younger guys are very she around girls, especially ones they are attracted to. It is getting more common know for the girls to approach the boys as they seem to have a lot more confidence at a younger age.

He just told you that you don't talk to him, so get out there and talk to him. Sit by him, chat with him. He'll start being more social when he sees that you like it.

There's nothing wrong with you making the 1st move for PDB (public display of boyfriend) ...sh** I dn't know what you call it...but he just needs to know that you're feeling him the way he's feeling you...put it out there, and he'll reach for it
