You're SOL and you deserve it. You shouldn't have been driving without a license in an uninsured car. That's just plain negligent.
The relative will have to either give them your information (and they will pursue you) or they have to personally take the hit, which they probably won't do just out of the goodness of their heart.

I do not think they actually hang draw and quarter these days, nor do they transport you to the colonies because we have not got them anymore. You are in the S--te you have twoked. Thought the insurance was for any driver is not an excuse because it would be invalid anyway because you have taken without consent. You were driving without a qualified driver to supervise and whent through a red light. your relative has to give your name or he is in trouble and if he says he let you take the car he is in even bigger trouble. You need legal advice which will be throw up your hands and take the rap

Relative or not I'd turn you in for being so stupid and taking an ill persons car without there permission is so mean, you should be ashamed for taking advantage of that situation. Your in big, big trouble mate not only for having no insurance but for going through a red light and not asking the owners permission and that is stealing. Do the decent thing and turn yourself in and admit it was you.

It's true, such cameras do exist. A lot of traffic light sensors mounted on top of the light stack actually monitor the flow of traffic coming towards it to stop bunching when traffic is heavy. You need to have a look and see if there is a separate camera mounted near those lights as that would be the one that will snap you. You should know within two weeks if the feds intend to prosecute. I do wish you good luck but you still need a kick in the bum for not paying attention! Be more careful in future but good luck!

They will send you a ticket in the mail. you would be smart to pay it by mail and not go to court. If they check your insurance status you might be required to show up in court. If it was me when I went to court I would have insurance What is the provision of your license? You can always say it wasn't you driving unless the camera shows IT WAS. If you were driving during a time you should of been home then a trip to the jail might be in your future. I would try to talk my relative in to just paying the fine.

Depending on the laws of your area, you could try to pay off your relative and have them send in their own name. If your area gives demerit points for the driver of the vehicle, then they may not agree to that. Either way, you are going to have to confess to what happened, and you will also have to spend some money.

The person who did it will be done for TWOC, Driving with no insurance and driving with no licence- I'd say they are in pretty deep sh*t really. What were they thinking of 'doing an errand' in a car that wasn't theirs and they did not have permission to drive it? Plus they can't actually legally drive?!

the easiest way out is for the relative to take the rap and the driver to pay the fine.next time make sure you are insured.think of the consequences if you had an accident

Suck it up, be an adult, and take responsibility for your actions. Doing anything less means you're trying to weasel out of the consequences of your actions. If you don't step up and admit it, your relative will take the hit for this, and it will bother you for the rest of your life.
Also, your relative will find out sooner or later who did it.

You are in big trouble. As well as no licence, no insurance they may also pursue for taking without owners consent.
