hello,
my brother works out three times a week and uses that protin food to grow up muscles, but im searching for an easier way like work out by doing push ups and stuff half an hour a day and eat natural x,y,z ..

protein supplements are natural but not all natural, they are derived from milk. the manufacturing process removes all of the unnecessary elements in milk making it more suitable for general purpose use by athletes.

push ups and other body weight exercises only provide stimulus to the muscles for the first couple of months until the body adapts to the training load (the body weight). they are inferior to resistance training as the load can not be increased so training intenisty is constant.

U will get the muscles naturally. But it won't hurt none to do some working out to help em along.

eat a lot of cows... they are filled with protein and amino acids
