In theory, in practice you'll break somewhere along the road and will start binge eating.
Why not go wheat free? No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
Alternatively, just calculate your ideal weight, find out how many calories needed to sustain it, and consume this amount of calories every day. By and by you will reach your weight goal, shedding off the excesses.

This is a terrible diet -- it doesn't give you anywhere near enough nutrition. You don't want to lose weight fast, you want to lose no more than 2 pounds a week. People who do this kind of extreme dieting are MUCH more likely to regain the weight and extra weight too. The yoyo weight loss and gain is extremely bad for your heart. Also, if you are female and cut calories like this your body takes it as a famine and starts releasing enzymes that make it very difficult to lose fat because it's trying to store up for the famine. Get a good sensible diet that is at least 1500 calories, and depending on your age, possibly more.

No, it is definately NOT a good diet to lose weight. There are waaaay too few calories here. Generally, no one should intake fewer than 1000 calories a day and most people can intake more than that and still lose weight. If you take in too few calories you can do significant damage to your body.

Yes, you'll lose weight, but you'll also starve yourself and eventually get too sick to eat. This is not healthy and neither is weighing 98 lbs at your height. Please go see a counselor.
