The iris was still blue. Her illness may have caused a yellowing of the eye, which, when mixed with blue...appeared green.

The cat was probably a bit anemic during it`s illness
the green might have been simply a pale shade of the cat`s nature blue eye-color...

I actually had a Siamese kitten...about 4 months...who had blue eyes that turned green over about a week. He battled an illness for about 8 weeks and then was diagnosed with FIP and was euthanized shortly after that.
I would consult your vet.

IF she's a kitten, kittens eyes do change from blue to green or yellow. So maybe her eyes are changing....
