I'm writing an article on video game systems, and I'm wondering.....can the ps3 stand up while you're playing or does it have to be layed down?the pictures show it standing up, but i want to be sure

The PS3 can be operated while standing vertically and horizontally. But, I always play my PS3 while it's laying safely on the table horizontally. If the PS3 is stand up, and you have an accident, the PS3 wont be as stable and will easily fall down.

i have it laying down for display but when i play i have it stand up so the heat can flow better
