I asked it in the bullfighting section, but when I went to choose the category, bull fighting wasnt up there.

Currently, there isn't. The "Bull Fighting" category once did exist in the US Categories. You very likely saw it in Q that was posted when the Category did exist. If you click on the Category, in one of those Qs, you end up here:

You will see there is no activity under any of the tabs there. Since the Category was removed from the US version, the Category has not been available in the possible category selections when posting a Question in the US version.
The category still exists, and is active, in, at least, the "Spain" (as"Toreo" under "Sociedad y Cultura") and "New Zealand" versions of Answers International. See the "Flags" below for access. Y! Answers is not limited to US nor to its "culture".

i've got questioned that too. i think of it is weird and wonderful. yet considering the fact which you asked, i think of it is humorous when I see video on television the place the bull combatants or people partaking in working of the Bulls get trampled and bull horns up their butts! I constantly root for the bull.

i cant find a whole category for bull fighting,? probably becasue yahoo doesn't condone animal torture. Kill the matador

Its very popular in Spain. Why do they not have Bowling? I thought that would be more popular than some categories.
