This may be due to the fact that you are spending more time on the computer than you are taking breaks away from it. If possible, try to limit your computer usage. I know that you use it at work, but when you're not working, try to break often. I have this problem too, but I tend to get sick in the stomach from it. Hope this helps.

Rena, sweetheart, you love all of us too much and want to spend as much time on the computer as possible. Everyone is correct, you need to rest your eyes, take more breaks . . . . I find taking a walk, looking at anything, the trees, the beauty surrounding me at long distances. Anything, such as reading or even watching television, just irritates your eyes; let them rest honey. We will be here when you get back, we want you well!

I really think you need to be a bit careful. Your position in front of the computer is more critical, when you wear glasses,
particularly if you use varifocal or bi-focal lenses.

If it keeps happening, you should visit your optician.
Spare parts for eyes are not easy to find.

Nope, maybe you're on the computer too much, or you're sitting to close to the screen. That will make your vision blurry and eyes irritated. Just take a break for a while.

When you use the computer at night, make sure you have plenty of lights on in your room. This helps. Your eyes will not strain and work so hard.

well your eyes are tired, close them hard and push to close, make this at least 10 times when you feel them tired; if you go out do it too; cause your eyes are hot and you can get a red eye if you don´t protect them enough.

Doing this you activate the circulation of blood in your eyes; also try to see to different places with no moving, this exercises make provide good blood circulation to your eyes.

Good luck! ;D

Yes...if I spend too much time after a long day at work...
my problem is a numb little finger from resting my wrist
on the edge of my laptop....has this happened to you?

Hello Rena, luckly I haven't had any trouble with my eyes, but once and awhile they do get blurry, but I have taught myself to break away from my computer so my eyes don't bother me, or so my butt doesn't go numb. LOL
