Get some good body moisturizing lotion and slather that fanny up good until it feels soft to the touch.
You might have to do several applications to get your skin saturated.
You might also look at what soap you are using. It could be making the dry skin problem worse.
Choose a good body wash/moisturizer for the shower, this can help too.

Well, since you're asking this in a Beverages Forum, and not a sex related forum, I have to assume that it is a drink...there for, you would drink it!
As to whether there is any "special" way to drink it (like the ladies not being allowed to drink a ******* with their hands, but are still expected to shoot it), coudn't tell you. I don't go to bars, and don't like the tast of alcohol...

I am serious -- it's called "Buttpaste". Works great. If you're a little more risque and like to go outside the norn, then use "Utter Goop". Both are excellent.
