Don't over exercise, you will start burning muscle and stop burning fat.
Excercise in a good heart rate range like at 125 bps, and for only about 20-30 minutes to see fast results.

You could probably lose 8-10 pounds in a month if you:
1. cut your calories by 500 each day.
2. Burn 500 calories in the gym each day.
1000 * 7=7000 cal or 2lbs a week.
IF your metabolism is higher than average, you'll get closer to 10.

I work out with cardio, 3 -4 & sometimes 5 days a week, sweating pretty good, with my heart rate up for @ least 20 min, I usually do 30 min. I eat spinach & brussell sprouts for breakfast almost everyday. That helped me lose 15 lbs. pretty fast. The more you sweat the more weight you'll lose.
That's where the fat goes when you lose it, through the sweat & your waste.

1300 calories a day, atleast an hour of excersise a day( maybe a fourty five minute walk in the morning, then one at night after dinner), and stop eating atleast three hours before you go to bed, eat breakfast!!!! it will speed up your metabolism, stay away from sugar free things, try cutting sugar all together(it'll be hard but hey you've got thirty days and after three days of cutting it, you won't want it anymore) drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, drink a glass before every meal you eat, and after, also, drink green tea(caffeine free is best) it will speed up your metabolism good luck , oh and don't go more than four hours with out eating

Why do you need to lose so much weight in a month? Do you want to gain it back in the next? You must count your calories and have 700 daily. Fruits, vegetables. Water only. Exercise an hour each day. Strenuous activity.

weightloss is about keeping your heartrate up, you start burning fat after 20min of activity, I would say you need to keep your heart over 110 bpm for at least an hour every day, the higher you can keep the bpm, the more you'll burn. Eat lots of food, but make sure it's good food, get your metabolism going really good.

eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. lessen the intake of fatty foods like cheeseburger and fries. wheat bread is possible and also fish. you will surely lose those pounds. also if you feel hungry, drink lots of water.
if you want to eat a lot but lose weight, try to chew your food and eat it slowly. you will feel full after several bites and you will realize its only half your plate. hehehe!
