Protein Bars, string cheese, Eggs (hard boiled), fruit, veggies, Granola (watch calories on this), nuts (also watch calories), seeds.

I like Odwalla Nutrition Bars. They have a lot of yummy flavors, a good amount of protein and carbohydrates and they are made of organic nutrients only. They run about 200-250 calories each and go for about $1.00 in the grocery store.

i like to buy a big bag of rice, it's easy to cook and very healthy, some veggies help, but it doesn't taste that bad, espically with the right seasoning and it's really healthy

fruit would be the best thing or cereal bars- just check the sugar and fat contents
