i just started working out and i'm going full speed, trying to control my intake to best fuel my muscle mass growth. I am aware i should intake 1 gram of protein per pound to after workout and mantain a steady cardio regiment to avoid all those proteins turning into fat.....but what about carbs, HOW MANY CARBS SHOULD I TAKE DAILY WITH THIS WORKOUT PLAN?????????

40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats if you have average levels of body fat or higher. if you are in single digit body fat and have a high metabolic rate you may need to go as high as 60% carbohydrates, reducing the protein intake down to 20% which is the bare minimum.
