Not going to happen. Ever. You may be able to download a trial version, but there is no such thing as a Free version of Microsoft Office.

Use OpenOffice.org! It has all the *functions* of Microsoft Office. That is to say, it has a document editor, which can save documents in Word format. It has a database creator; it has a spreadsheet handler; and all the Office stuff except for Outlook... (Plus, OpenOffice.org can create PDF files!)

Outlook is the Microsoft Office email handler. If you're not doing all your email online (like, say, with Yahoo! email or Gmail or places like that) and you want to be able to download it to your own computer, then you can fetch yourself a copy of Thunderbird, a superb email handler from the makers of Firefox!
