I've read most of it and I don't remember seeing that word. Washing is discussed multiple times. But I suspect the problem is that nothing existed in that time period that came close to what we call soap now. Most of what was used was a simple combination of animal fat and ashes. Moses talked about cleansing in the Old Testament, but I don't think he spoke of it as soap. I could be wrong though.

According to my Strong's concordance, no where in the Bible is the exact word "soap."

Right after "Quantum Theory", "Germ Theory of Disease", "Televison", "Democracy", and the word "Trinity".
