there is nothing easy about growing or keeping big muscles. going to the gym and lifting heavy weight however is the easy part. eating 6-7 meals daily of home cooked foods for years on end is not.
the diet is what separates the men from the boys in this sport and it's 80% of the equation. eating to maintain a lean physique with massive muscles is basically a part-time job. this is why you can go into any gym anywhere in the world and less than 10% of the people you see look like they could actually compete in a bodybuilding contest whether it's would be amateur or pro.
bodybuilding is 80% diet, 10% training and 10% gear (AAS)

Proper genetics. Other than that - a maniacal work ethic based on an intense desire to sculpt your body to a point of near perfection. It takes extreme dedication and sacrifice as well as a professional trainer and the proper environment. But, genetics, first. Sorry.

40 hours in the gym every month, plus a 1000 dollars of high protein food. Should take about 4 years.

Honey, there is NO easy way to have a body like that. His body took years of hard work and dedication. Even if you did something bad, such as steroids, hard work would still be required...Just do it! :)

drop your job and any other dedications.gym for hours every day, with an intense training ethic.eat right and take supplements, extra protien, super amino acids, creatine.
if you want to speed up the process take steroids.
get an equally dedicated training partner so that you can push each other to work harder on your bodies

unfortunately there is no easy way. you need to goon a bodybuilding program at a gym. it's important to do this at a gym as they can show you how to bulk up safely. also if you are under 18, forget it, no gym will help you as you body wouldn't have fully developed.
