All artificial sweeteners are converted by your liver into formaldehyde in your body. This is what morticians use to embalm people.
All sodas contain large amounts of fluorine from the water they use to make the sodas. This depletes your body of iodine. About 4% of the iodine in your body supplies the thyroid gland to produce thyroxine. This is where much of your feeling of energy comes from. The rest of the iodine you consume is used by all your other organs, including your skin. When you don't get enough iodine, it affects the way your skin feels and looks! To test yourself, get a little bottle of "tincture of iodine" and rub a patch on your chest about the size of a golf ball. Note the time of day. The patch should be visible after 24 hours. If it isn't, you are deficient. If it goes away in a few hours, you are very deficient and you have opened yourself up to thyroid issues in the future where you may be advised by some doctor to take medicine for the rest of your life. This is happening to so many people now it is almost epidemic in America. Thank you coca cola!
The phosphoric acid found in all soda drinks is the active ingredient in rust remover. Just put a nail in a coke and watch how fast it dissolves it. That's the phosphoric acid doing it's job! Phosphoric acid binds to minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, and other minerals and depletes your body of these minerals when you drink the sodas. Ever wonder why so many Americans are getting osteoporosis, no matter how much calcium tablets they take? Bingo!
The diet drinks are cheaper for the soda makers to make, so they make more money when you buy it. So, they promote that garbage heavily. There is nothing "SOFT" about the drinks.
Additionally, diet drinks improve your appetite. Just the opposite of what is being promoted. There is NO diet advantage to drinking it. It makes you hungry.
The best thing is quality water. I drink distilled that I make everyday in a distiller and then add my own minerals to it. I also add a green tea extract and this nourishes the body. You need to drink the equivalent of taking your body weight and dividing by 2, then take that number as the ounces you need to drink each day. 100 pounds divided by 2 = 50 ounces of water per day.
Stay completely away from sodas. They are causing more problems in America than anyone really knows, except for the soda companies and they don't care. They have profit over health as their mantra.
By the way, if you are looking for a good artificial sweetener that is actually nutritive, buy Stevia. It has been used by the Japanese for about 100 years and is about 25% of their sweetener consumption. It comes from the Amazon and is a plant that is about 10 times sweeter than sugar. The FDA is terrified of this because it will destroy the artificial sugar industry here in America and so they have been trying to find things wrong with it for about 10 years and haven't been able too. The Japanese have been using it extensively with NO side effects. Amazing, eh?
good luck to you

So docs are actually asserting it quite is safer to drink known soda, by using fact we don't be attentive to however the effects of synthetic sweeteners.

To tell you all the details would take alot of time. But try this, you cant lose. Try drinking water for 30 days. You will be SHOCKED how much better you feel!! Water is the best you can do for yourself. And your facial skin will look 5 years younger too...... Clean Filtered WATER....... Normal Tap water can have bitter after taste. Filter your water or drink botted water, and buy it in the gallon jug, much cheaper.

Splenda is a man-made chemical, so it's certainly not good for you. when it comes to the health if a item isn't a help then it's a hindrance. the less chemicals that you put in your body on a daily basis the better off you will be.

It is not that it is "bad" for you .You can drink it in moderation. Your body needs water to aid in the digestion process. Soda does not count as water diet or not.
