They will be symetrical
They will be perfectly formed
They are rounder in shape
They are firm to appearance and touch
The nipples will be prominent
People that know you will notice the sudden change in size
Anyone familiar with the procedure will be able to find the scars
If you get ones that are too large you will be disprportionate for you body build ....eg built like a stripper

A guy with no experience would not know if a woman has or not implants not even if she is in front of him. But after time and watching different women, he becomes able to train his eyes and know for a fact when is or not an implant. A mature guy, a dater, a player if you want to call it, would be able to distinguish if there are implants even from phone conversation with a woman, just judging his self esteem level and need for attention. Your husband seems to have interesting hobbies, except watching women.

It depends on the surgeon.Don't go for the cheapest one you can find,they're most likely to botch it,you only get what you pay for.I have a friend who recently had implants because she really was flat and it really distressed her.You could never tell that they're fake,the look real,apparently they feel real (certainly can't tell from hugs).Obviously if you go so large you're likely to give yourself black eyes from running then people will probably know they're fake.But if you keep it reasonable in proportion to the rest of your body then usually it looks very realistic.My friend decided to go to a B cup and it cost her £1300 each one.

if you go from like a b to a dd, then yeah, everyone will be able to tell.

but if you wanted like a c it isnt that unnatural looking.

also, dont let any surgeon convince you that the shape of the implants matter. there are two common shapes: the circle or teardrop design.

they both can look very natural and real, depending on who the doc is and the size you receive!

it depends on size of ur breast people notice it and will know it is implants. prices depends also on where are you and also on surgeon. in the US cost from 4,800-7500 dollars. in venezuela, colombia and DR. is about 3000-4500dollars. I was going to do mine a size 34b for 3000. two relatives of mine did the surgery one look nice it dont look feak and look feak. about the scars it depends on u and ur body. the Drs. normally open around the nipples and put the implants. so after a while it would hardly see much. Something else too when you decide to do it. you have to change the implants every 10 yrs.( i was going to mine but i change my mind about it) GL.

If they don't look like a natural size then probably. Maybe you should get a consultation, and the doctor can help you pick a nice size that wont look unnatural. People that know you will probably be able to tell. If you're in school then wait until summer break to have anything done, then when you come back it could be a "growth spurt".

Here is the thing. If someone has natural looking breast implants, you wouldn't even question it. If someone has fake looking implants, you assume that all implants look like that.

For the most natural look, go for silicone cohesive gel, behind the muscle and anatomical shaped.

They will look good but you can def tell they are fake. One they are a lot firmer than the real deal. They have no bounce to them. They just hang tight in the spot the were put in.they may look better but you can tell that they are not real. not to mention some scarring that may occur.It is also up to you wether you just want the look. In my opinion for the price you would pay which can start at 8,000 it is not worth it. I am also about the natural beauty look. Good luck in your decision

Oh its expensive.....it depends on what you want done. For just implants its like 6000 or 8000 a boob....for a lift and implants its way more. And most of the time people can tell they are fake.

o yea you ca so tell by the way those puppies are shapped forget it tis not worth it.. o and i know a place that charges 2000 an dthats alot you can simpily just take some suppliments they work really good and its all natrual for that just look in the back of a cosmopolitin magazine good luck with your boob problem i would tell you to be happy with yourself the way you are but i would hate people telling me that so yea GOOD LUCK AGAIN
