well, soup isnt exactly going to have all the nutrients, minerals, vitamens etc... you need a well balanced diet that includes all essential nutrients (ones your body cannot make, and can only be found in natural foods)
The "diet" you are currently on is whats called a crash diet - which is basically where, as other people have posted above me, you will put all the weight back on because youre not training the body to stay the way its getting to because you're not exercising AND eating correctly. youre just exercising and killing yourself...
nail the diet, then nail then gym.

You -are- starving on 100 calories or less. You are deluding yourself. 100 calories of soup is not a sensible diet. You can lose two to three pounds a week by eating 1200 calories a day and exercising. Please don't abuse your body like that. All crash diets do is make you really hungry so you overeat once you stop and gain everything back that you lost. If you start eating 1200 calories a day and going to the gym, that will make a huge difference and you'll see better, lasting results.

You are going to slow you metabolism down, and damage you cells (making things like your skin and hair look bad) It does not matter if you only do this for seven days, you will severely damage your internal organs. Also down the road if you want to lose weight again it will be harder, and once you are done your going to gain any weight right back!! Don't eat just soup it is loaded with sodium increasing your risk for heart problems. Change your life style and eat more fruits and vegetables.

adding exercise on top of a starvation diet will only cause further damage to your metabolism. you won't lose any fat on 100 cals daily, all you are doing is wasting time, slowing down your metabolism and setting yourself up for weight gain when you do resume normal eating habits. on 100 cals a day for a week all you will lose is water weight as stored nutrients are metabolized for energy.
starving the body has never worked for fat loss and it never will. if you know it's unhealthy then why do it?

You're a fool.
You're body wont be able to exercise on that little energy.
Get some nutritional food in you (at least 1000 calories) and do some good gym training.
And anyway if this is about "weight" instead of how you look... muscle weighs more than fat... so if you work out.. its likely you can put on weight.
All I can say is.. EAT GODDAM YOU.

Yea youll lose weight in the 7 days, if you don't pass out, but as soon as you go back to eating normal you are going to gain it all back plus 5 trust me Ive seen it happen, jut eat 1000 a day, and work out for like 30 min a day, this way you will lose weight and it wont come back, and you will be able to keep it off in the long run...good luck

You may not be starving for food but your body is starving for nutrition. 100 cals of soup is roughly 1cup and very little nutrition. You should not go to the gym since you arent even feeding your body enough food to give it the energy to sit on the couch and breathe. If you go to the gym you will burn up all your muscle since you body has no food to use as energy and will not pull the fat b/c it thinks its starving.

lmao 100 calories a day??? There was more calories in my granola bar than you eat in a day.
Why dont you try eating healthy insted of starving yourself because once you start eating properly again your bodys metabolism will slow down, and if you dont eat properly you will die.

by starving yourself you are slowing your metabolism WAY down. you wont be able to keep up this diet, and when you do go back to eating normally, you will blow up cuz your metabolism will be so slow.
