what would happen if teeth stayed in acids for a long ime?

i am doing this project on the affects of acids on teeth and i need oi know what i should expect because this is my first ime doing his project and i dont know what will happen.

What will happen is that if they stay in long enough, the teeth will dissolve completely. You can take a small baby tooth and put it in a glass and add fresh cola and in a few days it will vanish.
Why?
Because of the phosphoric acid it contains. The acids in the stomach are much stronger than those in cola.
