If the Vatican is correct and they actually have the relic called the Spear of Longinus in the Basilica de San Pietro then this might one day be possible. We could find out if Jesus had like an extra toe or the gay gene, for example. But since I believe Jesus is the Incarnation of God on earth and teh savior of mankind I can't resist reverse-baking your noodle:

As far as I know God doesn't have DNA because he's a spirit so all you'd have is the DNA of Mary. But he'd make a good cover for an antichrist.

WoW!! toughie... Umm no jesus would not be back. There are three things you have to believe in the father, son and holy spirit. If you were to find the blood of christ and clone him you would get a man that would look like jesus but wouldn't have the power to heal the sick. this is because he is truelly not the son of god. I don't think that Jesus Himself would be here. We'd have a clone of Him. And that's only if His blood would allow itself to be cloned - I doubt that it would.
