Would it be corny if I wrote a letter to my oral surgeon thanking him for how much I enjoyed him being my surgeon and whatnot?

Caramel,

I think this is a wonderful idea. He would appreciate it since this is a unique, positive act which dentists seldom receive.

I think he would be thrilled and if not he should be. So often we take things for granted but if you took the time to write a note, I am positive he would appreciate it very much. If you were the surgeon, would you not get a kick out of your patients appreciation? Do it and feel good about doing it! I think it is a wonderful gesture!

Do it!!! It's a great idea!

As a recipient of Thank You cards, cookies, flowers, gift certificates and lunches, I can say first-hand that it makes us feel good to know we're appreciated!

:)
