Oh, Amanda.
First of all, it's morally wrong on your part to purposefully pretend to offer something you don't plan on giving, no matter what it is.
Second of all, for all you see him every day, you don't know your math teacher all that well. Flirting with him may seem fun right now, but it could lead to big trouble later if your teacher notices what you're doing and believes it means you're ready and willing for more. I know at thirteen you won't have had much experience with this yet, so let an older girl give you a heads-up: older men are often attracted to younger women because they think that they're young, small, and easy to take advantage of - easier to control.
And need I even mention that this is a ridiculously *large* age gap? I'm in my twenties, and I can't imagine even for a fleeting moment finding a child your age attractive. A grown man attracted to girls your age is called a pedophile.
It's perfectly natural that you find this man's attention flattering. It's bound to make you feel grown-up and special. But has it occurred to you that this might be why he took the job of a junior high teacher? Has it occurred to you that there may be other girls he's watching, who think of it as a bit less 'funny' than you do? Who find it horrifyingly uncomfortable, because they have a better sense of when they're in danger than you do?
Do NOT bend over on purpose, and if you are truly certain you've caught him looking, take this to a parent or another trustworthy adult: a guidance counsellor, another teacher. In the end, it's not your actions that are morally reprehensible - it's his.

Talk about a straw man! By logical extension, you are asking atheists if they think that the right turn was made when the UK started teaching kids something. This has quite a different 'feel' about it, and in answer to that question, I think it great that we now teach children something rather than nothing. That said, I was educated some years ago, and I feel that the level of education I received was of a higher level than that which is taught in today's schools, but this is in no wise analogous to your original question which, without translation into a proper grammatical form, is incoherent and absurd

you may think its 'fun' but it could get you in a lot of trouble. At thirteen you are not really aware of the affect you can have on the opposite sex, and playing games with your teacher is playing with fire. Somebody else could be aware of what you are doing and you could find yourself in a situation that you cant get out of. You are in class to learn not flirt with your teacher. Girls like you tend to end up with a not very nice reputation. Leave the poor man alone to do his job!

It IS wrong to turn on your teacher, and with the rules and regs out now, he would get SERIOUSLY busted if he did anything more than look -- and even looking could get him in trouble.
Ask yourself: Do you want to help a guy ruin his career? If he's seriously a creep and needs to be stopped, that's one thing, but if he's a normal guy and you don't get any "bad vibes" off him, you could tempt him into doing something that could ruin his life.
So be kind and DON'T tempt him. It could turn REALLY ugly, and not do much for your image, either.

At 13, I can understand that "flashing " your teacher might seem like harmless fun, but think how it would sound in court, should he decide that you were inviting him for something else. Remember that those that play with the bull sometimes get the horn.

Don't flatter yourself, he's probably not interested in a 13 year old kid. If he is, you'd better hope he doesn't focus on you. Sometimes something that seems like fun can end very badly.
