unfortunately my "prejudices" are based on thousands of years of historical evidence of mysogynistic repression and exploitation by religious authorities of all ilks and sects.The muslims are the worst when it comes to repression and exploitation but the christians and jews wish to regain the control their muslim bretheren enjoy over their women.It is only the past 20 years or so that the institutionalized mysogyny embodied in Rape laws have started to be more balanced and not casting abrahimic inspired aspersions on the complainant/victim!!
It was actually nice to see an overzealous prosecution of the duke players as it served a warning to all rapists and mysogynysts that WOMEN CAN SAY NO ANYTIME THEY WANT and a real man backs away...weak degenerates using religion as their moral prop proceed to rape because the woman asked for it with her behavior and dress. not sure why the wiley link is not working but it referred to a PET study of male and female brains that concluded while the brains have structural differences the plasticity of the brain can easily overcome the few differences and that women are better at thinking and many coginitive tasks men find tedious. The larger sex drive area feeds the violence of which men are capable and the Abrahimic religions do NOTHING to lessen violence. indeed violence seems to be a religious experience for christians jews and muslim.. thus they have been killing each other for thousands of years and now they are taking innocent bystanders with them

I am a woman and as such am single. I like it better that way because I don't want some man trying to run my life. I don't have a whole lot of confidence or respect for most men in the earth and it's their own fault as to why, so I call my own shots and live the way I want to live.

It's more peaceful for me this way.

There are women Senators, judges, congresswomen, lawyers, doctors, scientists, presidents of universities, presidents of companies, and space shuttle and International Space Station mission commanders.

As to women's brains being different than men's brains that is called BIOLOGY and has nothing to do with sexism. Women are IN GENERAL better at some things than men, and men are IN GENERAL better at some things than women, but there are INDIVIDUALS that show that this is definitely not true in all cases.

You have a right to your opinion, but that doesn't mean you are correct. You lump all men and all women into the same "lump". Therefore I put it to you that it is YOU that is being sexist! I put a lot more credence into what Wiley Interscience books say than you do - they have to be peer reviewed, and your opinions do not.

Lastly, why would anybody care what Jim Bakker thinks? He's an ex-con con-man that bilked honest people out of millions of dollars. He should be muzzled - permanently.

Actually he has done a reasonable job of attempting to describe the different ways in which male and female brains work. Mens brains have very few connectors between the right and left hemisphere whilst women have loads. It does not make women inferior or men superior we are just different and you know what we complement each other. Men have the focus necessary to be good hunters, women are much better at gathering. I dare say there are lots of things about this man I would not care for but this statement is not one of them

Not a big fan of the Bakker clan, but you dont see even a shred of truth in this? I have always htought men to think in more simple form (not simple minded) just more direct. Women as I am tend to speak more conviluted IN GENERAL. I always say men talk from A to B whereas women speak A to B goes to C then D, etc. We do think differently, thank God! Thats why it works. Jim bakker may be a misogynist in other ways, but on this one, I think youre being reactionary.

you are missing the point and filled with your own prejudices. Explaining differences doesn't imply one is better than the other, that is your own prejudice and lack of an open mind.

Read more, expand your knowledge and don't be so judgmental about things you don't fully understand.
