What is up with Bigfoot? Why didn't he/she evolve?

OK for the sake of this argument we will say that Bigfoot does exist. I know the scientist want tangible proof, the believers say we have proof; we have footprints, pictures, hair...never ending cycle...so for this we will say ok he is out there somewhere.
As for the evolve question...Why do you assume he should evolve? What if this creature is out there and is doing what it is designed and created to do? This world is full of scientist and skeptics who are convinced they know everything there is to know....very seldom do they have to admit hey I goofed...
What if Bigfoots purpose is to prove at the given time that these intellectuals are not in control. What if God made this creature to be found when He wills it to prove He is in control?
Just a thought.

Bigfoot may or may not exist, it is not known.
The only evidence that Scientist will accept is an actual Body, photos and film footage is not enough, a body is needed to be examined, got one ?
