I assure you that the world will not end on December 21, 2012. In the book of Revelation, it tells us about a period of a thousand years of peace. Has this occurred already since the time of Jesus? Not yet. That will still come.
But there is something that is certain—and that is our physical death. It may come when least expected. We do not know the day and the hour. It will come like a thief in the night. So we just have to be prepared all the time. Search for the true God and when we find Him, follow His commandments and remain in Him until our last dying breath.
This is all that we have to do. It is faith in Him that we can take with us when we depart from this world. If we deny Him, He will deny us also before the Father in Heaven. If we know Him and love Him and followed His commandments, then He may reward us to live with Him eternally in His kingdom in Heaven.

No I expect it to come and go just like Y2K did. The Mayan calendar? They had no more knowledge of the future then, than we do now. They made a calendar that lasted way longer than they did. They didn't even forsee their own demise. So they can't be that smart. Think about it why would they make a calendar that ended on 12/21/12? They didn't have any more room to keep going on that round stone anyway. They were going to get another round stone and do another 1. Or maybe they did and we just haven't found it yet. It's probably hanging in Donald trump's living room. Anyway I do not believe the world will end then. We will soon see.

No, and the world will not end in 2012,
Man O Man, If I had a dime for each time I seen this silly 2012 thing come up here in R & S I would be able to retire.
Listen, I said this many times, I will say it but once again.
Now listen, I am going to post this again,
Mat 24:36 ¶ But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Now...what part of that , was not understood ?

There's going to be an alignment with the galaxy...something that happens every 24'000yrs.
Don't know if it will affect us. The full moon does, so maybe this will....
I don't know.
I've read many accounts of spiritual things that will happen, like the energy of the sun will radically change, affecting our emotions, feelings, psyche....
I've heard the earth's "heartbeat", or cosmic heartbeat, I don't know, will increase greatly.
Or that earth will be destroyed.....
Having lived a normal life, knowing only school, work, sports , friends, family, just like the majority, how could I /we know anything about htis? Or imagine anything realistic?
i think the religious are over-reacting and off the mark, though.

Is that when the live action Star Wars TV show comes out? I heard you weren't going to be in it much, if at all. Why are you hyping something that you are not in? Oh right, ever since the prequels Vader has come across as a whiny little b***h.... I guess you don't want Lucas making you look even worse.

Yes I have. My friends will pick me up in the Falcon and we've stocked up on pop corn and beer so we can watch the fireworks. Will be a great display, especially when the Sun is in the exact centre of the Solar System!
