In reality, it's rarely, if ever, like that, and it's a lot of hard work. People who are in love with the idea of being in love tend to be disappointed in their romantic relationships because they don't fit the idea that they've created.

sometimes it's the relationship rather than the person that we are fond of. For instance I was in love with the idea of being in love once and moved in with a 3 time fellon, when I finally came to my senses I realized I was better off alone than with someone that wasn't good for me.

Romance for it's own sake, not devoting to someone, b/c they feel something for that person. They are overly romantic and not living in reality...they love for it's own sake, rather to reach out, take a risk and love deeply and honestly.

That is kind of a mixed signal question but I think that means your with someone but not actually in love you haven't found your soulmate yet
