We had a court order for him to have supervised visits at the daycare when he calls 24 hours ahead to make sure they will be there and from 3-5 pm. The kids were not longer at daycare and son started school. I proposed an agreement to meet at mc donalds from 3-5 and he signed and agreed and i signed and we both have a copy. It's not enforceable because its not the court order but wasn't this a fair thing for me to do and he has NOT offered any other way for him to visit so this was my only resort to keep him from having to lose more rights in court. I was TRYING to help him more so here. Will the judge see me as being fair about it? Will the judge get mad because i never took him back to court but we WORKED THINGS OUTSIDE THE COURT which they like.

Would the judge just say no i dont like that and change it to another person to supervise even though my husband doesn't have a problem with it?
