I've noticed alot of men have a bulge on each side of their mouth like a big muscle. I'm not sure if women have them too but I haven't seen it.

So my main question is: What is this muscle called and what can you tell me about it?

Masseter is the name of the muscle. It covers the posterior one third of mandible. It is used for clenching teeth and chewing. Masseter is present in women also but fat covers it
