Christian bashing is intolerence in it's ugliest form. If you Christian bashers would free your minds of what have become something worse than stereotypes, you might begin to enjoy the prescence of God in your lives and not be so irritated like spoiled brats who don't get their way. Christianity isn't about being perfect, it's about The Son of God, Jesus Christ! What you do with Him determines your destiny...Heaven or Hell!

O.K. I admit my last three words were my opinion. As for anger in my question yes, I am angry and it is not evil. I respect all answers and allow for disagreement. I just want the people who have the perverse pleasure in exclusively bashing Christianity to answer.

Jesus did get angry, if you call rebukes and His intolerance for the activity of evil around Him, anger. He was the only man ever capable of showing the love of His father in His anger and intolerance. I never do enjoy bashing fellow Christians myself. Sometimes you just don't know who or what your talking to. If more Christians really acted like Christians, myself included, there would have been no anger on my part. With so much paranoia experienced by some of us who dare call ourselves Christians, all I need to remember are the words of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. From the statement He made, I know the world hates Him and us. You cannot love the world and Him. Why be afraid to say this. Oh I know, because someone might bash us. So tell me how does it feel world?

I feel good about my accusations of fellow Christians. Some of us bury our wounded before it is time. Some of us should sit back and look at our lives and remove the plank from our eye first. Then again, some of us are vindicated in our attempts to assist our brethern in keeping to the straight and narrow. Accountability to one another is a good thing. If I can't tell you that what you are doing doesn't appear to be fulfilling to God, who can?

Christian "bashing" is NOT intolerence in it's ugliest form.

A number of Christians always claim to be "holier than thou," and make other claims - many false and malicious claims about non-members. Those false claims are fair grounds for rebuttal.

Telling someone they are going to hell - and truly believing it - is far more ugly than anything a "basher" has ever said. Calling another's path "satannic" - and BELIEVING it is far uglier than anything a "basher" has ever said.

Crying "persecution" when Christians don't get their way is far more acting like "spoiled brats" than anything else.

It is NOT about your Jesus or your god - Christians are only one portion of human culture. Your ugly intolerance makes many hope its share of the pie will continue to shrink.

you relatively have executed your examine, attaboy (and that i in my view recommend it, I actual have a serious face on, in case you cant see it). Morals are defined via the cases, what substitute into good then is undesirable now and vice-versa. the substantial ingredient is to seem previous the main factors in leviticus and deutoronomy and concentration on the substantial stuff, like the call for charity, cleanliness, peace, and justice. i think of the Christian gospels are the main suitable at conversing those abstracts that have been given confuzzled via the mistranslations and the changing cases. Dont ignore that the OT substitute into written for a set of nomads unfold by way of the Fertile Crescent. there substitute right into a feeling of order and strictness that had to be universal. attempting to prepare them to society those days is like attempting to in high quality condition an american plug in a eu outlet, or diesel in a petroleum engine. most of the regulations back then have been made to maintain the society and shop people extreme-high quality (as in variety) and wholesome. in certainty, most of the regulations, while inquisitive approximately a grain of salt, tournament those morals you have. the factor i'm attempting to make is that the religion is good at its center, yet its been coated with each and every of the muck from its previous. in case you are able to seem previous that, you are able to discover how good it rather is.

"Christian bashing is intolerence in it's ugliest form." I'm sure there are some people on this planet dealing with bigger issues than this that might disagree with that statement! You have NO idea what intolerence is.

Hi Ed.

I can agree with everything that you said right down to the last three words.

It's those last three words that I think you need to consider. Where and when did this idea become a part of your reality?

How logical is it?

Would a sane and loving God allow this to happen?

Love and blessings

Don

Even Jesus was ridiculed for his preaching and his beliefs. But he didn't get angry, he prayed for the people persecuting him. Your ranting and intolerance are a few reasons non-christians are turned off by our religion. We are not superior to anyone-we just believe what we believe. Lead by example not by name-calling, anger or threats of eternal damnation. Racism and genocide would be at the top of my list of intolerance, but that's just my opinion, as you are entitled to yours. Peace be with you.

Do you understand the word "Piffle". Its just a polite way of saying your talking a load of sh~t. And I am in no doubt that you will be in hell long before me or anyone else. Stop behaving as though you hold a monopoly on spiritual matters. You and people like you don't...that is a fact. Wake up and open your eyes.

I don't bash Christians, but I find the management by fear aspect of Christianity somewhat tiresome. Now, read this and give me a thumbs up or you will go to hell.

If someone asks a question about why I am the way I am I'm going to answer it. If someone asks me my opinion about the logic and sense that I see (very little) behind religion I'm going to tell them. I never bash anyone... I just say what's on my mind.

Don't be so angry. Go do some reading and reflecting so you can give arguments behind why you believe the way you do.
