How do I word into my resume that I left my job due to a dispute with my coworker, lack of support from management, and getting paid less to do more stressful work while someone gets paid more and does less within the same company?

You dont put any of that on there if you want to get future job offers. Just put that you left due to lack of future growth opportunity or to seek a more challenging position.

I dont think you need to say all of that in the resume...maybe in the interview, but not the resume. When you note on the app. why u left the job--just say to pursue greater opportunities within the realm of__________[whatever industry you work in]; seeking a higher level of development (or something like that).

well, if you put it on there with the way you are stating it you are bound not to get the job. I would suggest that you just say quit but as for reasons you can say can disclose at interview.
