Yes water is very good for your body, not just your pores. It flushes toxins from the kidneys, hydrates the skin leaving it with more elasticity thus making it appear healthier. Also now a lot of birthing centers are using water to ease the pain of childbirth. Remember our body is about 90% water, it is necessary to keep a healthy balance.
