Well my friend says that her dog is perfect, its a German Shepered, even if it hasnt gone to obedience school mine just does anything he wants at anytime.

ummm
how does a stray act differently from a full blood german shepherd??
perhaps an accent?
should the dog only want to go for rides in German cars, or only eat bratwurst and drink beer?
I'm being facetious of course, I adopted a little stray and she is a totally wonderful little mutt

I do not know what you mean unless he roams, which he should be neutered and kept home by fence or leash.
