The argument could be that since they were not born and created there were no belly buttons!!!
Also since God made them perfectly human, not different in any way, there is this strong possibility of them with bellybuttons.

what an interesting question ...yes they had belly buttons...just because it wasnt necessary is no reason to assume they were not created with one...although i wud lump this question in the utterly useless information catergory
