I have tried presets/brushes but nothing happened...

Start> Computer> C drive> Program files> Adobe> Adobe photoshop> Presets> Brushes
Drop the files into this folder, then reset your computer!!!

First Select the brush from the left menu selection
Right below the Photoshop Name in the menu bar there are all of the different selections.
The first one gives you 3 choices
The one that says Brush you click on it and scroll through your sizes, each selection in that row will give you different Brush Options, and Color selection as well.
