Okay so my story is.. I have a friend who wants to get a boyfriend. She wont make a first move, but she has the looks, body, and personality. She get stares often and whistles and compliments but none of them approach her or make conversation with her. So what can she do to get someone to ask her out?

she needs to keep being herself, then think of the guys as a friend then she can talk to them, when she is comfortable talking to men then she can ask someone out. the guys are either shy or think that she is out of thier leauge
