if you are 5 feet 3 inches... ideal weight is about 115 lbs plus 10-15 lbs depending on your age and if you are muscular or heavy bones, well breasted, etc...
Too thin can be unhealthy...missing periods, weakness, fatigue, dizziness...etc...
Overweight comes with a set of problems also. It's very difficult to loose weight. And diabetes is a huge concern now in overweight population.
I am also 5-3, but a size ten or eight was after my pregnancy deliveries... that was 150lbs! I had gestational diabetes at that weight. Lost 30 lbs and my sugars are all under control again. That took over a year to loose!!!
Bottom line, do you feel healthy? Do you feel good in your clothes? Good luck.

No, not a chance. Size 10 is a nice slim size.

I agree that curves are beautiful, bones are not.

I'm a size 10/12 and 5ft2 (9 stone). I'd love to be an exact size 10 and fitting into the occasional size 8! You are very lucky : )

I do not think a size 10 is fat. It is all in the way that you look at yourself. I also do not think that naturally skinny women are ugly either. I think people are to quick to put labels on other people. As long as you are happy with your appearance that is all that matters. If you are wanting to lose a little weight than just start exercising some.

Im the same!! Its all these models who pressurise us to be thinner at one time a size eight used to be consiedered tiny! Your height doesnt help either im a size 8 and 5"0 and still feel chubby! But hey id rather have curves then bones diggin out of me!!

There's like 100 super-skinny super-models but look around you - there's millions of people and most of them don't look like those hundred unless they live in a 3rd world country and are starving OR they are under the same pressure that those models make us all feel and are, again, starving. So, no, I would not say that you are fat.

thin women would give anything to gain weight! most men prefer a woman with meat on her bones so you sound great and don't try to be an anorexic model they look ill, they wear so much make up for a photo shoot people don't see how sick they really look! the most important look you can achieve is to smile and look happy that is the most beautiful look in the world. so be happy and you will attract the world!

I am always going on about being fat... but my friends are like "you are not fat!"

It's hard to get out of that mindset. Some days I'll have a hot day, but some days I have ugly days.

And you def sound healthy and curves are awesome! Go the curves...

Good luck!

Please dont let these magazines of models make you feel fat.Your size is right .I believe beauty is from inside so why worry about how thin the cover is.Women can still have curves and still look decent.
