hi there i want to lose 25 pounds fast i am 155 ponds
i just had my baby 3 months ago and i am sick of being fat want to lose this fat body fast if some one out there can plz help me with any info or some thing i can do fast

Mayo Clinic diet! Plus you can eat so much food on this diet it's easy to do. READ FIRST! I can be dangerous! It is designed for patients to loose quickly for surgery.

I'd say a diet isnt needed just les proportions of food, no fast food, exersizes, i enjoy swimming nad cycling or just a walk and run every so often. i've heard that swimming is the best for exersize. and i agree that fast isn't the best. so just go swimming regularely and maybe change diet a little. like for breakfast gran flakes are disgusting for losing weight. what about musli, its grains,fruits and nut. well hope this helped.

Fast is not good. 1-2 pounds a week and you are more likely to keep it off. Now if you don't care about your health, just don't eat and exercise like crazy until the weight is gone.

you should really try yoga if exsercising is not your thing then...just eat healthy eat lots of fruit and drink plenty of water stay away from fast food n fried foods also foods that have cornstarch in it like bread and things like that becuz that makes you gain more weight all that cornstarch is not good for you
