If you want to maintain a healthy body, exercise a few times a week doing cardio-smart exercises. You'll be fine. The most important thing is to not let anyone else tell you how to look or act. Be yourself. THAT is beautiful.

You "could " still have baby fat but best to cut down on carbs. Chips, sugary anything, soda. Do not delete these from your diet because then you will feel left out because other girls your age are eating them. Just cut down. Once a day or once a week. Donut in the morning then no more sweets that day or soda and chips for lunch then no junk food for dinner or breakfast. Do not skip meals. Snack an apple with peanut butter. Work out and stay active is the best thing you can do to have good habits for future. Soccer, walking, swimming, dance or running, experiment with different ideas and make being active a habit. DO NOT let others put you down, least of all yourself! Don't feel silly when you start a sport because everyone has to start somewhere. Ask questions from a girls coach at school or go to the library. TALK to yourself positively, NO cutdowns or you will be defeated before you start. Happy adventures on your new quest!

First of all, stop sitting down so much and start doing some regular exercise like walking or riding a bike. And what about the things you eat? Are you a snacker? Do you go for McDonald's and stuff like that? If you do, then change your eating habit pronto. You should eat a normal healthy diet and go easy on sweet treats. You can get rid of those love handles. Just start moving around more. And what about your school? Are you taking any PE classes?

I know how you must feel have a daughter thats going through the same thing as you I feel.. Its about eating right an staying away form junk foods as much as you can so what you eat you also burn off by walking each time so all this isnt staying there you are eating an walking it off we have to keep active in our lives or we will regret later on...

It is called belly fat, and don't worry - its very common. You need to do some exercises for it and watch what you are eating.

Stop eating junk food, drinking sodas, and start eating a bit healthier and start exercising.
