Neither of us realized at the time that we had both felt naked, but thought it was strange that we woke at exactly the same moment. We had been asleep for nearly two hours. we both sleep naked, but both of us felt the need to put clothes on, so much so that my wife actually sat up and looked for her clothes. when I asked her what she was doing, she said she felt naked, thats when I said I did too?? There was no logical reason why we would feel naked. Neither of us have any recolection of a dream. If anyone can make any sense of this, then it would be great!

Wow, that is a weird co-incidence! I think it might be pure chance, but is there anything going on in your lives that might make you feel "naked" metaphorically? It might be that, and both your sub-consciouses just needed the two hours to work through it.
