No. The operating system is for Macs.

But, without uninstalling the windows OS.

Although running Mac OS natively on PC hardware is not possible, there is another option--running Mac OS X on an emulator.

No turning Macs to PCs (bona-fide, not some emulation deal) are possible but you are asking the other way around which is not possible.

Dude why would you even want to switch from Vista to Mac. maybe for creative purposes but Vista is still better.
